St. Petersburg → Ouagadougou: Mission Possible!
At first glance, the task seemed anything but simple: to deliver a set of equipment — loudspeakers, amplifiers, and mounting brackets — from Russia’s Northern Capital all the way to Burkina Faso.
The first challenge was obtaining a refusal letter from FSTEC for the export customs declaration. Bureaucracy?
Not for us!
Our team of customs brokers handled everything smoothly.
And then things got even more interesting.
Initially, the cargo was planned as general cargo. But while reviewing the documentation, we discovered batteries... Normally, this would mean an automatic increase in cost due to dangerous goods classification.
But that’s exactly why we have a team of professionals.
After carefully reviewing the MSDS, we determined that the batteries fell under Special Provision A67, which allowed the shipment to be classified as general cargo.
Not for us!

And then things got even more interesting.
Initially, the cargo was planned as general cargo. But while reviewing the documentation, we discovered batteries... Normally, this would mean an automatic increase in cost due to dangerous goods classification.

And the final twist! A backlog had formed at the transit airport in Addis Ababa with Ethiopian Airlines.
At first, a delay seemed unavoidable… But thanks to our persistence, as well as the flexibility and professionalism of Ethiopian Airlines, the cargo was not delayed at all — in fact, it arrived ahead of schedule.
The airline moved our shipment onto a cargo charter flight, even though it had originally been booked on a passenger service.
The result? A satisfied customer and another logistics challenge successfully completed!
