Interview with Customer Service Specialist Rebecca Einfeld

We wanted to help you get to know us a little better, so we’re continuing our interview series. It’s interesting even for us, because it gives us a chance to learn more about our colleagues. Along with questions about logistics and the company, we also decided to include some more personal ones.

Today, we’ll find out what Rebecca finds attractive about working in logistics, where she gets inspiration for her work, and what helps cheer her up.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to talk with us — we’d really love to get to know you betterッ
Please introduce yourself.

Rebecca Einfeld. Customer Service Specialist — working with our favorite clients.

How long have you been working in logistics?

About one year in total.

Why did you choose this field?

Logistics is full of endless discoveries. Every day brings new horizons, constant opportunities to grow, and the chance to see the results of your work in real time.

  • I completely agree with you. What did you do before logistics?
Since I’ve always enjoyed working with people, I spent almost four years working at a hotel in my hometown. It was honestly one of the best periods of my life.
  • I hope you’ll also look back on your time at Alfa Cargo Service as one of the best! ッ What do you enjoy most about your work now?
Feeling like a real detective — constantly solving mysteries like “Where did the cargo end up?” and “Why hasn’t it arrived yet?”
  • Alright, Detective Rebecca — what is it about our company that inspires you to work productively?
The team inspires me. We all think in the same direction and work toward a common goal.
You’re absolutely right about the team! Could you describe our company in just two words? ッ
Determination and honesty.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You seem like such an active person — what fills your life outside of work?

Most of my free time goes to the gym. I also practice Kundalini yoga, draw neurographic art, cook, and enjoy seasonal sports such as running and snowboarding. I’m also working on improving my English.
I love discovering great places to eat. I really appreciate the details — the food, the concept, the way restaurateurs approach their work, and the attention they pay to every little thing.

That sounds fascinating! Since we’re talking about food, I have to ask — what’s your favorite dish?

One of my favorite main courses is red fish, and when I need a little mood boost — and a sugar boost — it’s tiramisu.

  • Mmm, I share your taste ッ You know the saying that the best mirrors of a person’s soul are their eyes and their books. Which book has left the deepest mark on you?

When it comes to fiction, Fyodor Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment.
For personal development, Bessel van der Kolk’s The Body Keeps the Score.
Honestly, there are many books, and each of them has left its own mark on me.
  • Interesting. And what is occupying your mind right now?
    Alexey Sitnikov’s Karmalogic.
  • What is your favorite quote, and what does it mean to you personally?
YOLO — You Only Live Once.
Life is precious and short, so we should enjoy every moment, make bold decisions, and make the most of life.
That really is a useful reminder for all of us. What would you say your superpower is?

Intuition and empathy.

What would you like to learn that could improve your life?

In the near future, I’d like to learn how to drive so I can get to my favorite job even faster.

I’m sure you’ll do great!
Tell us, what does your perfect happy weekend look like?

I try to make every weekend as fulfilling as possible. One of my recent weekends was a trip to a country house, spending time close to nature… Having the right people around makes every day unforgettable.

And now for the final, very important question… answer honestly!
Cats or dogs?

Cats.
