Export from Russia to Mexico 🇲🇽
Right before the New Year, we received a request to deliver 1 piece weighing 580 kg to Mexico.
Route: Russia — Turkey — Mexico
And most importantly, the cargo had to be delivered before New Year!
Considering the holiday rush and the relatively uncommon destination, this was not an easy task.
The flight was eventually booked for December 26. However, it kept being postponed. The reason was that the flight from Turkey to Mexico did not have enough cargo to operate — in other words, it was underloaded. Until enough cargo was accumulated, the flight simply would not depart.
All we could do was keep updating the information and wait.
Looking ahead, everything worked out in the end, and the cargo arrived on time.
But we would like to add that in situations like this — when there is very little you can actually influence and all that remains is to wait and hope 🤞 — the most important thing is communication.
Staying in touch, constantly updating the status even when nothing has changed — this is an important part of the process. It helps everyone involved stay calm and shows that you are fully engaged and genuinely concerned about the shipment.
And we truly care about every shipment 🥰
