A Challenging Case from Germany
Or another story in our series: “How We Rescued the Cargo”
The task was to move 6.5 tons of cargo that had become stuck in Germany.
This story happened back in early 2023. We remembered it the other day and decided it definitely deserved to be shared!
A new client contacted us with a request to deliver cargo from Germany to “the country that must not be named” via Dubai.

There were two main challenges:
1. The cargo was already known to the German authorities, and brokers refused to take responsibility for declaring it.
2. The cargo had been in transit for three months, and by the time the shipment reached us, only 3 days remained.
To say that the chances were slim would be an understatement.
But when you hear, “No one could handle it, everyone refused,” it gives you an extra dose of adrenaline and motivation to prove:
“But we can do it!”
So we quickly mobilized all our resources and contacts and started looking for a broker willing to handle the customs declaration.
And we found one!
If you really want something, you’ll find a way.
That was the mantra we kept repeating to ourselves while receiving one refusal after another.
In the end, we managed to complete the customs formalities within the remaining time and get the cargo out of Germany.
And all 6.5 tons of this important shipment arrived at the destination on schedule!
The client was surprised and happy, while we were exhausted — but full of energy.
The beginning was difficult, but in return we earned the client’s trust and built a productive working relationship.
