Delivering Valuable Medical Equipment from Israel? Easier Than It Sounds!

Recently, we had the opportunity to deliver 940 kg of high-value medical equipment from Israel to Moscow. It may sound simple, but there were a few important challenges:
1. Timing.
The cargo had to be delivered to Moscow as quickly as possible.
2. International payment.
As we all know, making international payments is never easy these days. And because the cargo had to be delivered urgently, the payment also needed to be processed quickly so that we could make the flight.
On Monday, we received confirmation of our commercial offer and started working on the shipment.
The nearest available flight was on Thursday. The agent told us that we could still make it if the payment was received by Wednesday at the latest.
But even then, he added that this would be extremely difficult — he had never managed to receive the funds that quickly before...
But what are challenges like these for us? We simply don’t see the words “no” or “it won’t work” 😎
Our amazing Financial Director reviewed different options and selected the best way to make the transfer. We decided to take the chance and sent the payment.
And our payment went through...
in just 1 day!
We, the client, and the agent were all pleasantly surprised 😎
So we quickly booked the flight, picked up the cargo, and it departed on Thursday as planned.
The important shipment arrived in Moscow on time!
