Of course, let’s start with logistics — do you have any experience in this field?
No, I’ve never worked in logistics, and my current role isn’t directly related to it either. But aviation itself is somewhat familiar to me, as I previously worked for an airline.
Interesting how life works out! So what does logistics mean to you?
Building bridges. I enjoy working in international companies because it allows me to stay connected with what is happening around the world, broaden my horizons, and avoid limiting my world to the walls of a single office or production site.
But I didn’t choose logistics — I chose to work with a particular person, my manager. If tomorrow he decides to start manufacturing his own aircraft, I’ll gladly and without hesitation begin learning about the completely new field of aircraft manufacturing.

- At least life is never boring with that kind of variety :) What has been the most interesting experience you’ve had at work? Maybe you had to learn something you never thought you’d ever deal with, for example?It’s difficult to choose just one thing. Probably organizing a sailing regatta and a tennis tournament. There was so much room for creativity!
- I’m also curious — what was your first job?I helped arrange temporary jobs for school and university students during the holidays at a municipal institution — things like city clean-up work, apple picking in the Krasnodar region, jobs with Russian Railways, and so on.
- That’s great! And what do you like most about your work now?Definitely the lack of routine. Every day brings new and very different tasks, new projects, and continuous development. As the saying goes, “your feet are dancing while your hands are knitting.” For me, that kind of pace helps prevent burnout.
And your mouth is talking too, right? :) Your jokes are a whole art form of their own — and a special thank-you for always bringing some humor into even the most serious tasks!

The team is truly driven by success! Working at Alfa Cargo feels like sailing at sea. We can only guess which way the wind will blow in the world and where the next storm might come from. But we keep moving forward and stay afloat, overcoming the waves, because we are a close-knit team with an ambitious captain.

Pastry making, history, and anthropology.
- Great... wait, anthropology? Okay, tell us more — how did you become interested in it?It was my favorite subject at university. It’s the study of humans — our origins and development. It really broadens the way you think.
- Wow… And about pastry making — do you bake cakes to order at night? :)No, but it may well be my backup plan in life :)
- Then we’re expecting a homemade cake at the next strategy session! :) So, what’s your favorite dish?Hummus! After trying real hummus in Jordan, I could honestly eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- And what is your favorite book?Mikhail Bulgakov’s The Master and Margarita. I’ve read it three times at different ages, and each time I discovered the book in a completely different way. I still feel that I haven’t fully grasped all the wisdom it contains.
What is your favorite quote, and what does it mean to you personally?
“Be careful what you wish for — wishes have a way of coming true.” — The Master and Margarita. There is nothing impossible in this world. Most limits exist only in our minds. And perhaps the scariest part is saying your wish out loud — because after that, there’s no turning back.

And what about your superpower?
The power of persuasion. If I truly believe in something, I can be extremely convincing.
I think all of us would agree with that! :)
What skill would you like to develop?
The ability to sleep less. I hate spending so much of my life asleep when there are so many interesting things happening around me!

- What would you like to do this year that you’ve never done before?Go on a paleontological expedition. There are places in the Ulyanovsk region where ancient fossil layers come to the surface, including even dinosaur remains. I find it fascinating. I’ve already tried doing some amateur excavation, and now I’d like to join professionals and work with proper equipment — knee-high rubber boots, a hammer in hand, and the whole experience…
- Wow! That sounds incredibly interesting — I still can’t stop being surprised :) You absolutely have to share the experience with us!
Tell us about your most recent happy day off. What was it like?Of course, it was our corporate tennis tournament, which was a bright finale to our most recent strategy session. I was quite nervous about organizing the event, but the reality exceeded all expectations — in the best possible way. - And now for the final, very important question… answer honestly! Cats or dogs?Definitely dogs, if we’re talking about having a pet at home. It’s endless love ❤️
