For us, relationships are the most important thing.
Relationships built on trust and warmth — the kind we try to build with everyone we work with.

It is also important to us that every interaction with Alfa Cargo is convenient and, where possible, visually appealing as well.

That’s why every week, each of our departments chooses a “customer touchpoint” to work on and improve. Sometimes one week is not enough to complete everything, but we always report on the progress and the final result.

Recently, we have worked on and improved our commercial proposal, contract, presentation, website, feedback section in our email signature, and the welcome message you hear when calling us.

And a little more detail:

Contract — we reduced it from 18 pages of continuous text to 8 pages of clear, well-structured, and visually appealing content with color highlights.

Presentation — we refreshed the visual design and made the information much more pleasant to look at. Sometimes you may even want to simply browse through it :) You can see what it looks like in our Telegram channel.

Email Signature — we added the General Director’s direct contact details to the signature so that anyone can quickly get in touch if needed.

Commercial Proposal — we updated the design, making it more convenient and visually appealing. We even added a little airplane ✈️ We plan to refresh it every six months so that we can keep surprising you 😏

Welcome Message — now, when you call us, you hear the voice of one of our team members. We even held a whole competition with a prize to choose who would record the message. Isn’t that a good reason to give us a call? 😊

Website — we are constantly adding and updating information, making our website more useful, comfortable, and informative.

And the latest feature we added is the opportunity to rate our work through this feedback form.
