We have another challenging case we’d like to share

The cargo — 1 piece weighing 3.5 tons — was located in Dubai and needed to be delivered to Russia.
And of course, this case would not have been difficult if it were not for the large number of restrictions on the cargo.
On top of that, the shipment had very large dimensions, which meant that most aircraft simply could not accommodate it.
Cargo dimensions: 318 × 318 × 186 cm
Can you imagine the scale of this challenge? 😅
For shipments like this, the Dubai — Malé — Moscow route is often used. However, because of the cargo dimensions, this option was not possible — no cargo aircraft operate from Malé.
We received this request from a new client. By the time it reached us, the shipment had already been rejected many times.
Of course, we first checked the most common options, but unfortunately, we could not find a solution there either and continued receiving refusals.
So we went deeper and started looking for a non-standard solution and alternative options.
Not many people are familiar with the option involving AeroStan, as the airline does not operate regular scheduled flights. We decided that this could be exactly the kind of non-standard solution we needed.
We reached out through our contacts, got in touch with the airline, and managed to arrange the flight.
And in the end, the shipment was successfully completed 💪
Of course, shipments like this require a lot of time — and even more nerves. But the feeling of relief and satisfaction once everything is completed is impossible to put into words 😎
And our agents keep asking us:
